 Jewelry manufacturing lead time

All our articles are made to order. The estimated time for the manufacture and delivery of a product is displayed on the description sheet of each product. This time is an approximate time and not a precise delivery date.

The manufacturing lead time is 24 to 48 hours.

 Personalized product with engraving and birthstones

The manufacturing lead time is 24 to 48 hours.

We also offer expedited delivery (10$).

Expedited - Delivery service 1 to 2 business days.

NOTE: These delivery times do not include manufacturing time.  We ship by Canada Post.  You must add this delay to the manufacturing time to know the date of receipt of your jewelry.

 Warranty information

We offer a 30-day warranty on all our jewelry against manufacturing defects. The warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been modified by anyone other than an authorized BC representative.

Our quality assurance team inspects each item before shipping to ensure that you receive a high quality piece. In the rare event that your item has a defect, please contact us at info@bijoucrémation.ca and we will be happy to assist you in getting your jewelry repaired.  Please include your order number and contact information in your warranty repair request.


    -The customer will be responsible for shipping costs related to a warranty repair.
    -We reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of alteration, abuse or damage beyond normal wear and tear as judged by our jewelry professionals.
    -We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Return Policy

 30-day hassle-free return policy

Because we want you to feel comfortable and confident when you shop at Bijou Cremation, that's why we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or credit (less shipping and/or gift wrapping charges, if applicable) within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns must be authorized by a person responsible for quality. A request may be refused if it is deemed invalid.

    -The item must be returned in new and unused condition.
    -Jewellery that has been resized and/or repaired is not eligible.
    -You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
    -The size of the rings is your responsibility, so make sure you get the right size.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@bijoucrémation.ca. One of our customer service representatives will promptly follow up with you via email with the steps to follow for the rest of the process.

Upon receipt of your return, all products are inspected for signs of wear and tear or damage before refunds, replacements or credits are issued. New and unused means that there are no scratches, marks or stains on the items. In addition, items that have been altered or resized by another jeweller are also not considered new.

Bijou cremation jewelry undertakes to replace a product if there is a breakage of the product in transport or if the product received is not the one for which the customer has paid.

This must be done within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Bijou cremation reserves the right to refuse a return request.

In the event of a pricing error on our store, Bijou cremation reserves the right to refuse and refund the order to the customer who made the purchase of the said product with a pricing error. All prices displayed on this website are subject to confirmation by us. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
