We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our funeral jewellery. You can ask for a full refund if the jewel does not have personalized engravings. 

If your jewelry is engraved, the money back guarantee is not applicable, but the guarantee against an exchange or store credit will be applied.

You must return the jewellery at your own expense for any return of funeral products.

The jewellery must not have been worn, sealed or damaged.
